She was predeceased by: her father Mario S. Molinari, Jr.; her siblings, Bonnie L. LaBarre and Nicolas M. Molinari; and her son Cody J. Motyka. She is survived by: her mother Virginia Lynn Molinari (Bussing); and her siblings, Michael L. Molinari (Trudy), Tammy L. Siana (Philip) and Christina R. Miller. She is also survived by four nieces, two nephews, three great-nieces, and one great-nephew.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Carolyn's memory to organizations supporting families affected by substance abuse or domestic violence.
