He is survived by: his sons, Angel Carrero (Gina) and Joel Carrero; his grandchildren, Dionisio and Dominico Carrero; and his siblings, Antonio, Carlos Laabes, Natalia, Mercedes, Anna, Julia, Olga, Maria and Teresa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church (2818 River Rd, Pennsauken, NJ 08105).
