She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Julio; her children, Julio J. Cortes, Jr. and Tiffany Milan-Borrero; her son-in-law Vicente; her grandchildren, Andy, Arielle, Alainna, Charlotte, Noah, Ethan and Isabella; and her siblings, Migdalia Rodriguez, William Rodriguez and Jose Luis Rodriguez.
