He was predeceased by: his parents, Rachel Anna McElwee (Williams) and Ralph Oliver Spencer Sr.; his wife Lisa T. Spencer; and his siblings, William "Bill", Ralph "Buddy" Spencer, Patricia "Trish" Spencer and Lorraine Bumbrey.
He is survived by: his children, Yaniece Shar'ae, Aaron Spencer (Jada) and Renee Hamilton; his brothers, Joseph Robinson Sr., Philip "Phil" Spencer and Kevin Spencer; his siblings-in-law, Tracy Whack, Troy and Keith Whack; his godchildren, LaTara Spencer and Leroy Anderson, Sr.; and his grandson Leroy Anderson Jr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, fraternity brothers, and friends.
