She is survived by: her children, Helen Woolard, Jerry Woolard Jr., Rashawn Woolard, Damar Woolard and Shalia Woolard; her grandchildren, Rashawn Woolard Jr., Rashanna Woolard, Shyon Woolard, Gabriella Woolard, Kiki and Manny; and her great grandchild Hazel Woolard. She is also survived by loving extended family, including her sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, daughters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many other relatives.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 21st 2026 at 9:00 AM and at 10:30 AM at the Macedonia Baptist Church (351 High St, Westville, NJ 08093).
