He was predeceased by: his parents, Mariano Serrano and Josefina Serrano; and his siblings, Jose Ines, Julio Enrique, Pedro, Haydee, Felix Antonio and Miguel Angel Serrano.
He is survived by: his wife Eva J.; his children, Nancy Rolon (Moises), Victor M. Serrano, Jr., Maria L. Lopez (Christopher), Christina Beltran (German), Lissette A. Maldonado (Marcus) and Teresa Serrano; and his sisters, Josefina and Rosa Margarita. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
