He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Zu" Culbreath and Stephanie Marie Culbreath (Daniluk). He is survived by: his wife Stacy Evans Culbreath; his sons, Jerrel Culbreath (Burch) and William Culbreath Jr. (Buka); his siblings, Michael Culbreath (M. C.) and Michele Culbreath (Shelly); his niece Myasia Culbreath; his grandchildren, Jerrel Jr., Jordyn and Jayla; and his uncles, Robert and Michael Culbreath. He is also survived by many extended family members, lifelong friends.
