She was predeceased by: her parents, James Rice and Marion Rice; her husband Paul Chadwick; and her son Robert. She is survived by: her son Michael Chadwick (Teresa) of Smiths Grove, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Michael Jr. (Kelly), Bobbi Sue, Beth (Scott), Jessica (Dylan), Sarah (Ty), Thomas, Trystin, Anthony (Casey) and Ambree (Nathan); her great grandchildren, Austin, Michael III, Destany, Anthany, Kaelyn, Ryan, Hunter, Skye, Trinity, Cheyenne, Autumn, Jacob, Julian, Connor, Jackson, Aniyah, Azadian, Malayah and Xylie; and her cousins, John, Judy, Mike, Sandy, Karen, Pat, Carroll, Richard, Dave and Peggy. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, as well as many close friends and neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, in Barbara's memory.
