He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Amelia and Ed Armstrong; and his children, Matthew and MaryJo. He is survived by : his wife Claire; his children, Mark, Susan, Michael, Sandi (Ray Revans), Edward Jr. (Yvonne), Paul, Terri and David; and his aunt Boots. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Edward's name to the St. Jude's Research Hospital or the Knights of Columbus Chapter 3546.
