He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard S. Kelly and Geraldine M. Kelly; and his siblings, Joyce M. Dunne and John R. "Jack" Kelly. He is survived by: his sons, Michael P. Kelly and Howard D. Kelly; and his siblings, Howard J. "Jim" Kelly (Betty) and Ina M. Brown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Spilker Funeral Home (815 Washington St, Cape May, NJ 08204). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cold Spring Cemetery (780 Seashore Rd, Cape May, NJ 08204).
The family would like to thank Serenity Hospice of NJ and in lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to Serenity or to the charity of their choice.
