He was predeceased by: his parents, Ignatius Pendrak and Teofila Pendrak (Marcinek); and his siblings, Joseph, Frances, Christina and Theresa.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta Mitchell; his sons, Paul Pendrak (Patricia), David Pendrak (Margaret "Peg") and Henry Pendrak (Donna); his nieces, Kathy Hudgins and Loretta; and his nephew Henry. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
The family would prefer donations be made in Henry's memory to the American Veteran's Association.
