He was predeceased by: his son J. W.; his parents, Rosemary and Nicholas; and his sister Susan. He is survived by: his wife Tracie; his children, Jessica (Jimmy), Andrew and Nicholas; his granddaughters, Veau James and Vivian Donna; his siblings, David (Peg), Lisa (Sam), Nicole (Chris) and Alex; his stepmother Ellie; and his nieces and nephews, Ernie (Jane), Chris (Donna) and Ricky (Terry). He is also survived by his family, friends.
Donations can be made in lieu of flowers to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research or to The Tunnels to Tower Foundation in honor of James J. Cicchitti.
