He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore P., Sr. and Marie T. Mullin (McAulay); and his brothers, Theodore and Mark. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly; his children, Patrick, Shannon, Kelley (Charlie), Jenn (Mike), Teddy (Kim), Shawn (Melanie), Donald and Mikey; and his grandchildren, Emma, Warren, Joanna, Alyssa, Carter, Camilla, Sofia, Myles, Ellie and Frankie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
