She was predeceased by: her father Thomas Miller. She is survived by: her son Brayan; her mother Barbara Starnes; and her siblings, Edward Miller (Erin), Barbara Lewis (Robert), Thomas Miller, Jennifer Shober, Michael Riley and Jessica Miller. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
Tammy volunteered at the Cape May County Family Success Center and with the American Cancer Society Bike-a-Thon.
