It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theodore C. Phelps Jr. (Cape May, New Jersey), who passed away on December 8, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Phelps and Theodore Phelps. He is survived by: his brother William Vinten Phelps; and his close friends, Lloyd and Marie Hayes.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Evoy Funeral Homes, Inc. (3218 Bayshore Rd, Cape May, NJ 08204). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
