He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Federanko Sr. and Evelyn "Wheatie" Pelura Inouye; his stepfather Edwin Inouye; his mother-in-law Virginia Russell; his siblings-in-law, Jay Davis, Kathy Dawson and Justine Dawson; and his niece Nila Dawson.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Federanko; his son Shawn Lowe (Amber); his grandsons, Spencer and Evan Lowe; his siblings, Donna Stout (Russell), Darlene Davis, John Luthy, Donald Federanko Jr. (Amy) and David Federanko (Samantha); and his brothers-in-law, Marc Dawson and Greg Dawson. He is also survived by aunts, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, cousins, and friends.
