She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Downs Sr. and Rose Downs (Krupa); and her siblings, Robert Downs Jr. and Thomas Downs. She is survived by: her husband Edward Gene Russell; her daughters, Monica Russell-Jackson (Gary) and Rosalee Abhau (Jeff); her grandchildren, Jason (Melissa), Kristin (Travis), Dana (Steven) and Chelsea (Chris); her great grandchildren, Hunter, Alexia, Kayne, Christopher, Aurora and Caroline; and her sister Carol Light. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made in memory of M. Jean Russell to the charity of one's choosing.
