He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Oxner and Joan Oxner; and his former wife Christine Oxner. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Oxner; his son Everett Oxner; his stepchildren, John and Samantha Obolsky; and his siblings, Martin "Butch" Oxner (Barbara), Judith Wilson (Kim) and Christine DuPont (John). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 8:45 AM to 9:15 AM at the Gerity & Chubenko Funeral Home (411 Amboy Ave, Woodbridge Township, NJ 07095). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph R. C. Church (7 Locust St, Carteret, NJ 07008).
