She was predeceased by: her husband Stefan Tkaczyk; her son Bohdan Tkaczyk; and her parents, Ivan Zaparaniuk and Julia Zaparaniuk. She is survived by: her son Taras Tkaczyk; her grandchildren, Larissa Cruz (Angel), Amy Bodnar (Garrett) and Sara Tkaczyk; her great grandchild Cassidy Bodnar; and her daughter-in-law Doris Tkaczyk.
