The passing of Carmella DeCaito in Cedar Grove, New Jersey, born in Montclair, New Jersey leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on October 7, 2025. She was predeceased by: her husband Alfonse "Tubby"; her son-in-law Stephen Risimini; her parents, Frank and Marianne; and her siblings, Emilia, Louis, Teresa and Josephine.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janice Risimini and Debbie Rubino (Dave); her grandchildren, Melissa, Rocco, Lori, Nicholas, Michael, Stephanie, Vincenzina and Dominic; and her brother Frank. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Caggiano Memorial (62 Grove St, Montclair, NJ 07042). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church (94 Pine St, Montclair, NJ 07042).
