He was predeceased by : his parents, William Fields and Eleanor Fields. He is survived by : his wife Sheila J. Fields; his children, William J. Fields, Laura M. Robson (Bill), James M. Fields (Beth), Jill E. Rickert (Kerry) and Amy A. Uetz; his grandchildren, Michele, Jerry, Charlie, Seamus, Oscar, Ethan, Jackie, Ellie, Georgie and Joe; and his sister Ellen Hauser (Lenny).
