With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marjorie Anne Smith of Cedar Grove, New Jersey, born in Montclair, New Jersey, who passed away on December 6, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, William Butt and E. Lorraine Butt; and her brother Mark Butt. She is survived by : her wife Susan Dillon; her siblings, Peter, Bill Butt and Kathy Butt; and her niece Lindsay. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to a local ASPCA in her honor as her dogs meant the world to her.
