It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mavis A. Perkins of Cedar Grove, New Jersey, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on May 2, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas L. Payne and Kathleen Mullen Payne; and her siblings, Dr. Thomas L. Payne, Jr., Joan Cannon, Patricia Fleck and Richard S. Payne.
She is survived by : her children, Nancy Blair Perkins of Highland Mills, NY, Elizabeth Chaffee Perkins of Providence, RI, Raymond B. Perkins, Jr. of Budd Lake, NJ, Kathleen Stacey Perkins of Alameda, CA, Timothy Payne Perkins of Santa Monica, CA and Diane Patricia Perkins of Cedar Grove, NJ.; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Denning Payne. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
