With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard J. Rampenelli (Cedar Grove, New Jersey), who passed away on January 1, 2026 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lafern Rampinelli and Claudio Rampinelli (Roy). He is survived by: his wife Maria; his children, Kat Krannich (Frank), Audrey Rampinelli Brice (Graham) and Rich Rampinelli (Dina); and his grandchildren, Jesse, Finn, Troy and Lia.
He had a love of baking, often experimenting with variations of his recipes and honing his skills during the pandemic with countless trays of delicious scones.
