He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Gibbons and Mary Gibbons (Byrne); and his wife Judy Gibbons. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Scarpa (Joe), Tracy Walsh (Paul Gallico), Francis Gibbons, Jr. (Michele Dolan) and Brian Gibbons (Trish); his stepchildren, Deborah Protz and Glen Protz; his grandchildren, Joseph (Jay), Jake, Jack Scarpa, Paige, Todd Walsh, Brandon, Briana, Haley Gibbons, Lily Dolan and Kelli Protz; and his sister Maureen Schuster.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the A. Bradley & Son Funeral Home (345 Main St, Chatham, NJ 07928). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick Church (85 Washington Ave, Chatham Township, NJ 07928).
