The memory of Jerome G Medina (Chatham, New Jersey), who passed away on March 8, 2026 at the age of 94, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Gregson Medina Sr. and Adelia Cox Medina; his sister Ellen Monahan; and his wife Barbara A. Kazenmayer Medina. He is survived by: his brother Herbert Medina (Delfa) of San Antonio, TX; his children, Eleanor A. Medina (Lynn) of Lewes, DE, Kathleen A., Harwich and Robert G. Medina (Kathleen) of Sparta, NJ; his grandchildren, Zachary T., Taryn van Esselstyn (Garrett), Jeremy Medina (Kelly) and Courtney Medina; and his great grandchild Donald Jerome "DJ" Medina. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
In addition, he spent time with the Morris County Medical Reserve Corps during the Covid-19 pandemic.
