He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Elaine; his children, Shannon Walters (Jeff Fraser) of Bala Cynwyd, PA and Charles "Casey" Walters (Kelly) of Flemington, NJ.; his grandchildren, Henry, Samuel, William, Ruby Walters, Sonya, Meredith and Audrey Fraser; and his siblings, Pat Kwasniewski (Bill) and Nancy W. Minchew.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Charles' name to The Salvation Army, Voorhees Animal Orphanage, or Alcoholics Anonymous.
