In loving memory of Chester K. Malik of Cherry Hill, New Jersey, who departed this world on November 2, 2025 at the age of 95. Chester leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Kazmiera; his wife Jane L; his children, Christine E. Gritt and Edward D. Malik; and his siblings, Pearl, Helen, Alfred and Joseph.
He is survived by: his daughter Maria DeTore of Douglassville, PA; and his grandchildren, Kyle, Allie, Nicholas, John and Nadine. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Polish Catholic Church (1010 Liberty St, Camden, NJ 08104). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
The family requests in lieu of flowers donations to St Joseph's Restoration Fund or American Legion Post 372.
