He was predeceased by: his wife Janet; and his child Chris "Chuck" Bay (Dawn) of Barrington, NJ.. He is survived by: his children, Ken Bay (Kim) of Marlton, NJ and Karen Janney (Tom) of Cherry Hill, NJ; his grandchildren, Dana Kondrla, Ryan Bay, Matthew Bay, Sean Bay and Kirsten Janney; his great grandchildren, Jaxson and Liv Kondrla; and his pet Carly.
