He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Francis Dougherty and Mildred Dougherty; his wife Lynn; his children, Pam Carpenter (Michael) of Cherry Hill, NJ. and Brooke Dougherty of Cherry Hill, NJ.; his grandchildren, Ben, Haylie and Logan; and his siblings, Noelita Cuifolo (Jim), Kathy Dirkes (Ken) and Pat Dougherty. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
