She was predeceased by: her daughter Gina; her brother-in-law Don Freeman; her siblings, Angelo Battiste, James Garguile, Jeanette Mitchell and Martin Garguile; and her niece Danielle Ferrari.
She is survived by: her son Michael Freeman (Charlene); her grandchildren, Michael and Chelsey (Ryan Evers); her great grandchild Rowan; her siblings, Loretta Powell, Elaine Brierley (Robert) and Morris Garguile (Maryanne); and her sister-in-law Renee. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
