We bid farewell to Dorothy J. Butler (Cherry Hill, New Jersey), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 5, 2025 at the age of 83. Dorothy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her son Christoper H. Bolinsky; her former husband Henry M. Bolinsky; her brother Eugene W. (Bill); and her parents, Eugene J. Schmidt and Dorothy Schmidt.
She is survived by: her husband Richard J. Butler; her daughter Dorothy (Esquire); her brother Joseph A. Schmidt (JoAnn); her stepchildren, Crystal Koneful and Richard Butler (Beth); and her nephew Joseph A. Schmidt, Jr. (Melissa). She is also survived by other nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Saint Andrew's United Methodist Church (327 Marlton Pike W, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 12:45 PM at the St. Joseph's Cemetery (240 Lower Landing Rd, Blackwood, NJ 08012).
