We announce the death of Grace Marian Mackin of Cherry Hill, New Jersey, who passed away on September 12, 2026, at the age of 97. Grace will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Malatesta and Martha Malatesta; her husband James R. Mackin, Jr.; and her son Wayne Mackin. She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Sparks; her grandchildren, Gary Sparks (Lauren), Denise Sparks, Crystal Mackin and Jason Mackin (Jennifer); her great grandchildren, Shane Mackin and Connor Mackin; her daughter-in-law Debbie Mackin; and her sister-in-law Floss Mackin.
Viewing will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ashland Evangelical Presbyterian Church (33 E Evesham Rd, Voorhees Township, NJ 08043). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in memory of Grace to the Ashland Evangelical Presbyterian Church would be appreciated.
