He is survived by: his children, Storie Armani, Dexter Woodley (Pamela) and Shonda Forte; his grandchildren, Kristina Starrett-Holmes (Richard), Kelsea Woodley, Henry Forte and Casey Forte; and his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Gavin, Taytum, Rowan Holmes and Leila Smith.
