He was predeceased by: his son Tim Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Margaret D.; his children, Colleen Biegalski, Shawn Kelly (Lori) and Michael Mulvey (Diane); and his brother Daniel Mulvey (Carol). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
