He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rose Alba and Arthur Picard; his wife Regina Picard; his grandchildren, Michael Chasse and Jamie Gray; his daughters, Jeanine Greenleaf (Paul) of Minot, ME, Christine Raymond (Guy) of Jackson, NJ, JoAnn Mahan (Patrick) of Middletown, DE and Rachel Picard Johnson (John G.) of Delran; and his sisters, Lucille St Onge and Claire Lagesse (Will). He was also cherished by his 18 Grandchildren, 22 Great-Grandchildren and 5 Great-Great Grandchildren.
