She was predeceased by: her husband Orlando Monaco; her parents, Salvatore Pappalardo and Alfia Pappalardo; and her brothers, Sebastian "Ben" Pappalardo (late Nina), John Pappalardo (late Grace "Gay") and Albert Pappalardo (late Mary).
She is survived by: her children, Orlando "Lonnie" Monaco (Mary Sharon), Patricia Moyta and Marc Monaco (Agnes); her grandchildren, Jennifer Perko (Thomas), Raymond Monaco (Patricia "Trish"), Jonathan Monaco (Jileen "Jil"), Michael Cavallaro (Anne), Danielle O'Connor (David), Marc Monaco, Jr., Christian Miller and Chadwick "Wyatt" Miller; her great grandchildren, Zoey Perko, Helena Perko, Madeline Perko, Sophia Monaco, Isabelle Monaco, Brody Miller, Margrethe "Maggie" Cavallaro, Orla Monaco, Michael Cavallaro, Jr. and Baby O'Connor; and her sister Mary DiCarlo (late Anthony "Reds").
