“I met Marietta at HRW. I remember how she adored her husband, children and grandchildren. I left the area in 2003, so I would call so we could talk politics. As time went on I noticed a change in her, so I stopped calling as her memory wasn't what it used to be and she struggled to carry on conversations. She was a warm, kind person and her passing has left a hole in so many hearts. Rest in peace sweet lady.”
