She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret (L. Gerald Smith) and NJ; her husband Thomas H. Cook, III; and her grandson Michael Douglas Cook. She is survived by: her children, Wendy Cook Mukalian (Gregory Mukalian), Douglas Cook (April) and Cynthia Dabravalskie (J. R. Dabravalskie); her grandchildren, Thomas Mukalian (Ashley Nippins), Kimberly Mukalian Schaaf (Steven), Chrysti Cook, Jacob Cohen, Amanda Tandourjian Dooley (John), Madison Mendolia (Andrew) and Pamela Mukalian; her great grandchildren, John Ryan Dooley, Alisa Dooley, Arabelle Mae Schaaf, Addison Mary Schaaf, Drew Mendolia and Jackson Dooley; and her sister-in-law Sherin Hise.
