He is survived by: his spouse Pat Sparano; his children, Michael Sparano (Tara) and Leigh Seiz (George); his grandchildren, Emily Huber (Noah Carr), Anthony Sparano, Dylan Sparano, Kayla Sparano, Jayden Sparano and Samantha Seiz; his sister Nancy D'Amato (William); his nephew Gregory D'Amato; and his brother-in-law Robert Milnes.
