He was predeceased by: his parents, John Smith and Edith Smith; and his daughter Kimberly Smith. He is survived by: his wife Pamela M.; his children, Lisa Smith (John), Rachel Barger (Rob), Becki Barger (Tim) and Ray Smith, Jr.; his grandchildren, Kyle, Ryan, Carly, Quinn, Peyton, Lucas, Taylor, Sawyer and Brooklyn; and his siblings, John Smith (late Jeannette), Barbara Johnson and Steven Smith (Mary Jane). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
