He is survived by: his children, David Michael Prendergast and Thomas John Prendergast; his grandchildren, Colin Thomas, Madeline Rose, Sara Rose, Thomas Michael II and Ava Jane; his siblings, Robert Prendergast Ann Weller and Mildred Ablen; his son Paul Ablen; his brother John As; and his close friends, Robert McKinley and Don Hoegel.
