Monroe; his grandsons, Evan V. and Justin K. Monroe; his siblings, Kenneth and Kathleen; and his nieces and nephews, Carol, Danny, Wayne, Jacqueline and Brian. He is also survived by 4 great granddaughters and 1 great grandson.
