He was predeceased by: his parents, William T. Curley and Josephine Curley (Stec); his sister Anne Curley; his father-in-law Evans M. Khan; and his brother-in-law Kassie Seetaram.

He is survived by: his wife Karen Khan Curley; his daughter Maura; his brother Kevin Curley (Eileen); his nephew Patrick; his mother-in-law Haniffa Khan; his sister-in-law Adriana Seetaram; his sibling's children, Victoria (Patrick), Heather, Shara (Chevon) and Robert (Kristen); his sister-in-law Beverly Khan; his niece Lina; his brother-in-law Evans Khan Jr. (Barbara); his sibling's children, Sophia, Nadira and Lyla; and his great-nephews, Alden and Ezra. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
