She was predeceased by: her parents, William and Kathryn Bagott; her husband Sam Champi; her stepfather Victor Lombardo; and her cousin Robb Lady.
She is survived by: her children, Sam Jr. (Jill), Bill (Alyssa), Crissy, Kimberly Krenik and Dana Champi; her grandchildren, Cassidy, Lauren, Chase, Sydney, Ariana, Kingston and Russi; and her cousins, Karl Lady and Darlene Scott. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
