He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Oakley and Elizabeth Oakley; and his sister Gloria Kingston. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Oakley; his children, Faith Creamer (late Rodger), Lori Turner (George), Clifford Oakley Jr., Michele Haurin (Rich), Steven Oakley (Jen) and Brandy Oakley; his nieces, Marilynn and Kathy; and his nephew Bobby. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
