She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Clark and Carmella Clark; and her husband Kenneth W. Smith, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth W. Smith, Jr. (Jane) and Kathy Lynn Shepard Endebrock (William). She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
