She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Rex and Edna Rex; her husband Edwin Matczak; her daughter Karen Ebley (John); her grandchildren, Christopher (Amanda), Dana (Evan) and Lauren (Patrick); her great grandchildren, Magnolia and EmmaLou; and her siblings, Lois and Buddy.
She is survived by: her siblings, Jimmy and Carol. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
