She was predeceased by: her parents, John F. King and Ann King; her husband James "Mike" Cox; and her grandson Luke. She is survived by: her sons, Joseph Denning (Michelle) and John Denning (Diane); her stepchild Shawn Cox; her grandchildren, Stephanie (Alex), Alison (Chris), Danny, Cam, Cole, Jack, Olivia and Marie; and her brother John P. King.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Frances' name may be made to Wigs and Wishes or the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
