He was predeceased by: his father Robert Carroll Fasy. He is survived by: his mother Barbara O'Connor Fasy; and his siblings, Stephen (Julann), Julie (Kevin Shay), Connie (Stephen Speckman), Jeffrey, Megan and Robert (Sandra). He is also survived by thirteen nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Assumption Church (35 Old Eagle School Rd, Wayne, PA 19087).
